– 10 squat, drop & throw up (each)
– 10 wall sit, pass & roll (5 each way)
– 10 sit up wall ball pass (each)
– 10 push me, pull you alternating lunges (10 each leg)
– 10 push ups on the ball/ plank hold
– 10 wall ball sit ups (each do all sit ups)
