– 10 two handed OH tri ext Rx: 45/25, Rx+: 60/30
– 5 push ups
#2 lil’ buddy
– sit n’stand (3 sec pause) Rx: 10″ box or wall ball
finish with
2021m Bike
– done solo = Rx+ (only with coach ‘s approval)
– partners alternate rds with 1 partner doing squats while the other finishes their rd.
