– 20 V-ups (back must leave floor for Rx & Rx+)
– 20 db flyes MRx: 20/10, Rx: 30/15, Rx+: 40/20
– 20 2 handed OH triceps extension MRx: 20/10, Rx: 30/15, Rx+: 40/20
