– db row (both arms) Rx: 10 reps, Rx+ 15 reps
– bb bent over row
– 10/15 cal ski
– db curl (any style, regular, reverse, hammer) Rx: 10 reps, Rx+: 15 reps
– bb curl
– any ab movement
