Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a 20 minute AMRAP do as many rounds and reps as possible of the following:

– 5 rower plank pikes

– 100m row

– 5 rower pike ups

– 5 side plank hip dips, each side

– 5 tricep bench dips

– 5 strict knees 2 elbows

each round increase the row by 100m
