then
10 rds of 10 reps each of:
– floor wipers 135/95
– 1/2 burpees
– V ups
– Flutter kicks
– Abmat sit ups
– floor wipers 135/95
Between each round do 1- 10 reps of:
– air squat
– squat jump(s)
– alternating side lunges (each side)
– forward split jump lunge (each leg)
Add a rep each round
then finish with 1 min plank
