For time:
Buy-in: 50 partner 2 wall ball toss & catch sit ups (on back, knees together, feet off floor)
then 4 rounds of:
– 15 bench press Rx: 95/65 Rx+: anything heavier
– 15 dips
– 15 2 hand OH tri ext Rx:55/35; Rx+: anything heavier
– 21’s get progressively heavier (ex. 15, 20 25, 30)
cashout: 50 partner wall ball over, under, side passes (switch directions after 25)
