– 4 tire flips
– Overhead weighted walk
1) 50m, 2) 100m, 3) 150m, 4) 200m
– 50 sledge hammer strikes (25 each arm)
– 1 minute plank
– Rain or shine we’ll do this WOD.
– lightening will move outside movements indoors
