Your Choice (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In a 20 minute AMRAP perform as many rounds as possible of the following:
– 5 push ups (your choice of type)
– 10 dips (your choice where)
– 15 bench press (weight your choice)
– 15 abs (your choice)
– 100m (your choice)
– try to pick weights that you can safely, quickly and efficiently do unbroken.
