Partner #2: jump rope (then switch roles)

#1: – 15 strict knees to elbows

#2: jump rope (then switch roles)

#1: – 15 SDLHP 65/45

#2: jump rope (then switch roles)

#1: – 15 push ups

#2: jump rope (then switch roles)
