In teams of two do the following:
4 rounds of:
Partner #1: – 15 reps 3-way delts (you pick the weight)
Partner #2: jump rope (then switch roles)
#1: – 15 strict knees to elbows
#2: jump rope (then switch roles)
#1: – 15 SDLHP 65/45
#2: jump rope (then switch roles)
#1: – 15 push ups
#2: jump rope (then switch roles)
