Slytherin (Time)
In teams of two complete 5 rds for time:
– 2 4-way stationary lunge 45/35
– 10 calf raises 45/35
– 10 bulgarian split lunges (each leg)
– 10 mother of drags – curls 65/45
– 10 wide grip skull crushers 65/45
– 10 roll outs
– each person does everything, one works the other holds and then switch
– one partner holds a hanging knee raise while the other works, stop when your partner needs a break
– 45 min cap
